Must have 3 people to tow:
- Licensed PWC driver.
- Spotter to keep an eye on the rider at all times.
- Rider on a ski, wakeboard, tube, or inflatable must wear a PFD.

Before you go, check local rules – always review your state’s Maritime Safety website for regulations.
